This cake was created for my best friends baby shower. It is a 3-layer cake with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough filling between each layer, crumb coated in buttercream icing, covered in white fondant, then with light, medium, and dark blue stripes.
The fondant cookie jar, with it’s lid leaning against the side of the cake has blue fondant letters spelling the word “cookies”, and homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies spilling out of it.
The stuffed Cookie Monster wearing a newborn diaper, holding the cookie jar, was the finishing touch.
