A surprise for my brother’s birthday. Since one of his favorite PS3 games to play was Call of Duty, I decided to work with that as my theme. Had a chocolate cake that I covered in black fondant to look like a PS3, then added camo fondant across the back and of course the zombies as well as a sugar sheet cutout of the Call of Duty game disc. Also, sculpted a Rice Krispy Treat controller, grenade and rifle. The grenade serving dish was a small glass cup encased in Rice Krispy Treat and fondant to resemble a grenade and I formed a small black fondant pistol around the serving spoon handle. The zombie walking beside and the one crawling across the cake, were made entirely of fondant.
