A delivery charge of $1/mile will be charged for deliveries made outside of Madison County, AL and will be noted in your order quote, if applicable.
All order delivery locations must be located within a 1 hour drive of Madison County, AL.
Upon order request, a sketch of custom order to be created will be drafted and sent to you via email or text, for approval. Upon approval, an invoice will be sent via Square for the required deposit to secure you order.
For custom cake orders and cupcake/cookie orders of 3+ dozen, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your order, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
Cash, Credit and Debit cards (processed via Square).
Privacy Note: Your delivery information (i.e. name, address, phone number, and email address) will only be used for delivery and payment processing and will be deleted immediately after order completion, if you, the customer, so choose (though please note that a name will need to be kept regarding your order for customer referral discount* to be applied upon customer referral). All billing information, sent to me, including name, address, phone number, credit/debit card information, and email address, will be solely used for payment processing only and will not be distributed elsewhere. Also, see Square for their privacy policy.
*Referral discount: If a customer refers someone to my business, and that referral purchases from me, that customer will receive 15% off their next order, and the customer referred will receive 15% off their current order (so be sure to let me know if you were referred, and by who :)).
