These cute snowmen cookies were made for my daughters Christmas party at school. They are sugar cookies iced with buttercream frosting and topped with 1/2 a large marshmallow, mini M&M’s, and sprinkles (chocolate for the arms & orange for the noses). They were a big hit with her class and tasted even better than they looked!
