Pupcake

This cake was a surprise cake for a good friend of our family. She had previously sent me a picture of a similar cake that she thought I would like to see. Then, when I found out her birthday was in a few days and that I was invited over to her sons house to celebrate with the family, I decided to make this cake and surprise her, and it worked :). So, after gathering all the fondant colors I needed, baking a batch of chocolate cupcakes, whipping up a batch of chocolate buttercream, and a batch of chocolate Rice Krispy Treats, I went to work. This was the result, & I think it’s pretty darn cute myself. She was happy with it, and it tasted good, so I consider that a success.
