An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hrs of order placement. A 50% deposit is required to book your order in my calendar. The remaining balance is due 1 week before delivery date. For last minute orders (within 1 week of date needed), payment in full is required within 24 hours of booking. Cash/check payments may be made and we can coordinate this upon booking.
Payment: An invoice will be sent via Square for order confirmation and payment (if applicable). Debit and Credit cards accepted.
Privacy policy: Your payment/order/delivery information including but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, card information, will only be used for payment processing and order delivery and will not be distributed elsewhere. Please note that your name will need to be kept in our records for future customer referral* and future order discounts to be applied. See Square and Paypal for their privacy policies.
Discounts: new customer, referral, loyalty
New Customer: New customers receive 15% off their first order.
Referral: If a customer refers someone to my business and the referred becomes a customer, both the referrer and the referred will each receive 15% off their current/next order (so be sure to let me know if you were referred, and by whom).
Customer Loyalty: 25% off every 5th order!
Shipping: Shipping is unavailable at this time per Alabama cottage bakery law. Choose from 1 of 3 delivery locations for free delivery; Kroger on Moores Mill Rd, Bed Bath & Beyond at Bridge St Town Center, or Parkway Place Mall off South Memorial Parkway. If another location is chosen, a delivery charge may occur and will be noted on your invoice. A delivery fee will be added if outside of the Madison County, Alabama delivery zone.
